Gabriel (Any Pronouns) is a mixed-race queer individual born and raised in Vista, CA. Growing up surrounded by sociology and psychology sparked a lifelong passion for understanding people and systems.

They began studying Plant Sciences at MiraCosta College before pivoting toward Sociology to focus on equity and community work. They strongly believe that youth need spaces outside of home, school, and work where they can find belonging and connection without fear of discrimination. They previously supported a youth garden education program, helping maintain crops and facilitating reflective conversations around growth and life skills. Their background in agriculture, food systems, and sociology has led them to be passionate about community, sustainability, and equity. 🌱

In their free time, they can often be found gardening, drawing, reading, playing D&D, or

spending time at the beach.
