2021 ANNUAL GALA FAQ'S
What is the dress code?
There is none! Some folks like to dress up fancy, others go business casual, some California dressy, others dress in drag. Come as you are and enjoy.
What can I expect at the gala?
Live music, entertainment, a full no-host bar, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, vegan options, a live auction, a silent auction, awards, time with community and elected officials.
What COVID protocols are you following?
The North County LGBTQ Resource Center will require individuals to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of attendance. Proof will be accepted in-person only, by physical card or picture copy.
Can I purchase a table without knowing the names of my guests?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail reminder closer to the event to remind you to submit the names of your guest and confirm you have reviewed our COVID policy with them.
How many seats are at each table?
Each table has eight (8) seats.
If one of my guests is unable to attend, can I invite someone else at the last
Yes, you can invite someone other than your original guest. You will need to tell our registration table the name of the person who is unable to attend.
Where should I park?
There is ample parking in the lot directly in front of the entrance to the event. Staff will be available 30 minutes before the event starts to help direct folks as needed.
When does the program start?
The event is from 3 PM to 6 PM and the program is set to start at 3:30 PM
How can I make additional donations?
You can purchase beverages, bid on silent and live auction items and donate via credit card or cash.
Can I bring additional guests and pay for them there?
Our 2021 gala is completely sold out! We thank the over 300 folks who are planning to join us and lament we cannot accommodate more. You can still donate online here and plan to join us next year!
