Grant has worked at AIDS Service Organizations, Community Based Organizations, and for Mental Health Clinics as a Bilingual Medical /Non-Medical Case Manager, Preventative Specialist, Psychotherapist, and Behavior Counselor.

Grant is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach earning a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and currently pursuing his MSW.
